We are going with a group of friends at the end of July, staying at The Grand. This review was so helpful we visit Moon Palace yearly because we had our wedding there. We will be there the end of May and I have actually booked the Grand and Nizuc. If you have a sweet tooth, the desserts at The Grand will blow your mind. We felt safe, pampered and entertained throughout our visit. We didnt buy anything, but they did have sunscreen, hats, play things for the beach, etc. A stellar all-inclusive package covers food and top . I have a ZOOM meeting which cant be missed. Very clean comfortable room, water slides, kids club, great restaurants. Lots of pool concierge around to help if you need it.Housekeeping - rooms are very nice and large but most beds are doubles. There are so many options to choose from, including salads, seafood, sushi, Mexican dishes and a wide selection of decadent desserts. I dont ever recall them asking for proof of Connors age (he was 4). But every thing that was open was very safe. . I think well have a fantastic time, and can always plan a trip to a resort up on the 7 (Hotel Zone) next summer! They love these seats. The sushi at the Grand Buffet is legit. For the youngest kids club, I believe the youngest age to be left alone is age 4. The diversity and authenticity of the menu was exceptional.
